Purpose of Equip

~ Intentionally equipping people to serve according to the Spirit’s gifting

 

Supporting the Mission and Vision of Crossroads church in the mandate of Ephesians 4:11-16, 
while continually holding up the Word of God as our foundation, and reliance on the Holy Spirit to direct and transform God’s people. 

Affirming the body in gifting and calling  (Eph 4:11)

Equipping People for Spirit-led Ministry Work (v. 12)

Building up the Body of Jesus Christ (v. 12)

Facilitating Unity and Maturity (v. 13)

Increasing Stability (v. 14)

Fostering Growth in our Values (vs. 15-16)

~ Living out God’s Love practically as we Serve and as we Go!
